COUTU (née LAVALLEE) 1923 - 2012 We deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother Blanche at Eriksdale Hospital on Monday, February 6, 2012, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband Louis George in 2001, her parents Jerome and Florence, brothers Gédeon, Cyrille, and leaves behind one brother Emile and wife Marcelle, sisters-in-law Yolande and Marcelle Lavallee, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Mom leaves to cherish her memory her six children, Roy (Wendy), Darlene (Emile), Pierre (Lillian), Leona, Melvin, Philip, her nine grandchildren, Janna (Grant), Noel (Colleen), Nathan (Cresida), Martin, Wayland, Kenton, Conrad, Brendan, Wesley, and three great-grandchildren, Aliana, Keegan, Levi. Prayers will be said at Mackenzie Funeral Chapel on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will take place on February 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church in St. Laurent, MB. Prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2012 at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, 433 Main Street, Stonewall, MB. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church, St. Laurent, MB. Longer notice to follow.
