Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILLY) ROBERT CHARLES GESKE It is with profound sadness that the family of Billy Geske announces his passing on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 51 years. Billy was predeceased by his mother Jo-Ann McCombe. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Bill, brother Gary, sisters Shannon Lachance (Lionel), Laura Drabik (Chris Stratuss), Tara Drabik and Whitney Drabik, niece Summer Lachance and numerous aunts and uncles and friends. Billy had a wonderful sense of humour and was always quick to crack a joke. He was a devout born again Christian and had a lot of empathy for people and animals. Billy had a heart of gold. The family would like to extend their thanks to the doctors and nurses of the ICU, Grace Hospital for all of their kindness and care. Viewing will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 20 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, across from Brookside Cemetery. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 21 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, with interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. I met Bill in 1988 at a club I Winnipeg and found him to be a truly gifted human being, he had a great sense of pride in his family and friends, I last saw Bill in the early 2000's and hoped that he was getting better from Diabetes, Sorry to hear about his loss, Truly Missed and hope he is smiling with the angels. - Posted by: Allan Harms (friend) on: Jun 04, 2015

Uncle Bill, Shannon, Garry & Family...as you know there is nothing more tragic than loosing a member of your Family. Take the time each day to smile when you remember some of your fondest memories of Billy. The pain never goes away it just get dull over time.
