DOROTHY GWENDOLYN NAULT (nee GALE) May 31, 1925 - February 12, 2012 Mom passed away peacefully at the Beacon Hill Personal Care Home, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her parents, husband John, two grandsons, and three sons-in-laws. She leaves to cherish her memory five daughters, Darlene (Jerry), Valerie (Allan), Rosemarie, Bonnie, and Vicki and one son Raymond, 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grand-children and two great-great-grandchildren. Mom was born May 31, 1925 and lived on Pandora Street in Transcona. Her parents passed away when the family was quite young so all the siblings pitched in and raised the younger ones. Mom and Dad were married December 28, 1946. Dad passed away September 10, 1991. Mom remained living in the family home until she moved in with Ray. Through the years Mom suffered several strokes, a diagnosis of Dementia, and a fall that broke a hip. She spent several months at Concordia Hospital and then moved to Beacon Hill. The family would like to thank the care givers at both Concordia Hospital and Beacon Hill for all the compassion and care they had shown to Mom. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army, 825 School Road, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111 www.gleneden-mb.ca
