Sincere condolences to my cousins Joan, Judy and Barbara and their families on the passing of Uncle Jim. I have fond memories of both Uncle Jim and Aunt Joyce when the large 'Smith' clan got together at Assiniboia Park for family picnic's. I will also share Uncle Jim's passing with George Marles in England. Uncle Jim visited with his George's parents during the war years. George was just a youngster but Uncle Jim left a lasting, positive impression upon him. Grandma Smith's father was James Marles (I'm named after him!). Rest in peace Uncle Jim. Know that you were loved. - Posted by: James (Gary) Nicholson (Nephew) on: Feb 19, 2012
