MARK GREGORY DEPREZ September 4, 1959 February 17, 2012 After a short but courageous battle with cancer, Mark passed away suddenly at home in his favourite chair, where he wanted to be. Mark leaves behind to mourn his wife Cheryl, sons Curt, Darrin (Francine), Blair, Gerald (Megan) and the love of his life, his grandson Logan (Mr. Ma Ma). Predeceased by his father Robert Deprez, Mark will also be missed by his mother Angele Deprez, siblings Skip, Donna (Bruce), Dick (Honey), Debbie, Gord (Debbie), Michelle, Judy (Rob) and Janine (Yves) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues. Mark was born in Stonewall, Manitoba and grew up on the family farm outside of Stony Mountain, Manitoba. Mark had a long and successful career in the construction industry and was living his dream of owning and operating his own drilling company. He also enjoyed working with his family on the family farm for years. Mark was an avid hunter and went on numerous successful hunting trips with his friends. Mark's spirit and memory will live strong through his family and friends.   • Uncle Mark, Thank you for being a great person, I am really glad we got to see you this summer at the Barbeque, When we left your house that day, Daniel said "Uncle Mark is really cool" I am not sure what you two talked about but I am really glad he got to meet you and will remember you! You were a really cool uncle and I loved coming out to your house and hanging out with the boys! When I was younger. I also wanted to say that when your sister mentioned you taught her how to whistle with a blade of grass you also taught me how to do that....
