Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVIA SOPHIE CUDMORE May 6, 1931 - February 24, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend. After battling illness for 40 years, Mom left us to feel no more pain and to be with Papa. After her husband James passed, Mom moved in with her daughter Dale. Dale took great care of our Mom. If there was an award for Daughter of the Century, Dale certainly is deserving of it!! Thank you to Mom's longtime friend Helen who took the time to see and chat with Mom on a regular basis until Mom's passing. Mom worked hard until she could not and was admired by all her employers. Reading, crocheting, crafts and knitting hats and mittens for children were Mom's loving hobbies. Mom lost her own Mom at the tender age of five and this had a very profound effect on her for the rest of her life. She leaves to mourn her children along with their partners, Grandchildren, Great-Grandson, friends and family. We'll love you forever. At Mom's request, a private family service will be held.
