MARIA SERRA On February 29, 2012, Maria, beloved wife of Joaquim passed away at the age of 74 years. Besides her loving husband, she leaves to mourn, three sons, Victor (Anna), Armando (Ilda) and Paul; seven grandchildren, Jessie, Jennifer, Justin, Jessica, Scottie, Andrew and Michelle; her brother Joe (Olivia) Silva and family of Winnipeg, and four sisters and families in Portugal. Maria was a loving and hardworking wife, mother and grandmother and will always be missed. Prayers will be said Monday, March 5 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N. with entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Maria's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 586-8044
