My sincere thank you to Irene's family for allowing us to care for your mother. It was inspiring to watch her children over the years, come and visit at all times of the day and evening. No sooner would one of her children leave and another would come and visit. We watched you hold Irene's hand, do her hair, feed her, or simply sit and watch her rest. We were touched by your love and concern for this special lady. We the staff at The Convalescent Home wish Irene's family peace and warm memories of a mother well loved. I always thought of Irene as a very determined and elegant person. Irene and her husband Sam were very good friends of my parents and I know many stories about the 4 of them.
