ROYDEN (ROY) RITCHIE December 27, 1937 March 8, 2012 Peacefully at home with his wife and the love of his family after six years struggle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Royden (Roy) Ritchie passed away at the age of 74 years. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 47 years Elizabeth (Betty), sons Rick (Laurel), Murray (Lorraine), Scott (Tammy), Chris (Kerris). Grandchildren Amber, Nathan (Jessica), Jonathan, Aaron, Jacob, Ryley, Nadia and Logan. Royden was born in Roblin, MB, predeceased by his parents John and Dorethy, brothers George and Walter, in-laws Spencer and Winn Kennedy, brother-in-law Jim Baresky and precious granddaughter Sarah Jane. He is survived by his sister Betty Mowa and three sisters-in-laws, many nephews and nieces and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Venter, David and Beth Maclaren for always being there for us. Cremation has taken place as per his wishes. No formal service will be held. A gathering of family and friends to be held at a later date.
