Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryERIC (MURRAY) FORBES Murray Forbes of Portage La Prairie, MB passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012, at the Lions Place Manor in Portage La Prairie, MB at the age of 81 years. Left to mourn Murray's passing are his wife Irene (nee Ennis), son Ron (Lisa) of Portage La Prairie, MB, daughter Joan of Morden, MB, grandchildren Chantelle, Dominique, Angelique and Travis, brothers George (Vera), Curtis, Ross, stepchildren Lois (Wayne) Robertson, Brian (Glenda) Temmerman, Marlene (Jim) Jeffrey and their families, as well as two nieces, one nephew and many friends. Murray was predeceased by his first wife Ranka (nee Johnson), his parents Alec and Mary (nee Thomson) Forbes and sister-in-law Margaret Forbes. A Graveside Service will be held at Baldur Cemetery, Baldur, MB at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012, with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Following the service, a reception will be held in Baldur Memorial Hall. Everyone is welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
