Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR PROCH February 8, 1919 - March 28, 2012 On Wednesday afternoon, March 28, Arthur Proch, aged 93, of Winnipeg passed away peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital. He leaves to mourn Else, his wife of 65 years, son Manfred (Hilde) with children Thomas (Melissa), Michael and Edward, daughter Ingeburg (Ron) Betcher of Calgary with children Jeffrey (Marcia) and James (Melanie) as well as five great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 2, at Friends Funeral Service with interment following at Brookside Cemetery.
