  • What a fun-loving man! My parents and yours went to Morden Corn and Apple Festival with one of my daughters who loves to dance. She was little and your dad and her danced to the music of a band in a barn at the festival while on-lookers enjoyed the sight of 2 different generations having fun together! I know my parents will miss your dad and the fun times together. - Posted by: Gwen Repeta (friend) on: Apr 04, 2012

  • Our sincere condolences, Mrs. Penner and family. I remember well Mr. Penner's joyful and even teasing nature. Laughter and love seemed to permeate your home. How I enjoyed being included in family fun when I came to visit you, Beverly. Wayne, your kindness in letting me try to drive the go-kart your dad had made showed me big brothers are special. When I failed to navigate the garage door opening, Mr. Penner kindly helped me. I'm sure your trove of memories is a rich one. May God grant you His loving care during this sad time. • Myself and Angela had the privilege of knowing Dave. It was always a pleasure to be around Dave as one of us would escort him to either Sunday morning Church or Thursday Bible study. He would always have a way of making us laugh. When Peter Schroeder was still alive I would see Dave try and bug him by doing little things that would annoy him and it always made me laugh. We will truly miss Dave. Sincerely Bob Huebner - Posted by: Bopb and Angela Huebner (Volunteers Donwood Manor) on: Apr 03, 2012
