• So sad today. I just read Danny Balanduk passed away. He was a student I worked with from Gr. 5 to Gr. 8 at GWMS. He was 26. The last time I saw him was a few years ago when he dropped into Geo. Waters Middle School to see me, and any other staff still there. He was with his girlfriend and he thanked me for teaching him to type as that skill had served him well (those little things can turn out so important, can't they). • I want to thank all of you, for your thoughts and prayers. The last year has been very difficult for all of us. It's just so hard to know that I will never see his smile again, hear his laughter, feel his hugs..... I miss him so much, and I never knew how many, many friends he had.
