Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHILIP ARTHUR PELISSIER 1918 2012 Passed away peacefully in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, April 1, 2012 in his 95th year. Born on Friday, February 22, 1918 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Beloved husband of Violet for 63 years. Adoring father and best friend of Phil and loving father-in-law of Chenza. Philip served with the Royal Navy during the Second World War. He worked with the Winnipeg School Board until he retired at the age of 65. Philip enjoyed riding his bicycle and curling well into his late eighties. His fun-loving, optimistic outlook on life was contagious with anyone he met. The family expresses its gratitude to the doctors and staff of Oakview Place for the years of excellent care and compassion. As per Philip's wishes, cremation has taken place but condolences and memories may be forwarded through the Guest Book on our website. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.mb.ca 885-9715
