DANIEL P. MCDONALD 1949-2012 It is with heart-breaking sadness that we announce the passing of Dan McDonald, on April 5, 2012 at the age of 62, with his loving family by his side. Dan was predeceased by his father Donald. Left to hold his memory dear are his loving wife Ann Marie, his mother Dorothy, his daughter Jennifer (Randy), his son Steve (Tannis), his grandchildren; Dianna, Kayla, Cameron, Hailey and Austin, as well as numerous relatives and close friends. Most of Dan's career was dedicated to sales management in his beloved automotive industry, in which he greatly excelled. He spent many years working for Grant Brothers (Toronto) and prior to his illness worked for Mr. Transmission. Dan had so many talents. He was happiest working on his classic cars, or building projects around his home. He loved fishing and travelling and will be most remembered for his wonderful sense of humour. Cremation has taken place. As per Dan's wishes a private interment will be held with closest family in attendance. The family wishes to thank Dr. Ian Maxwell and all his staff at the Buhler Cancer Centre. As well as special thanks to the 5th floor N staff at Victoria Hospital for their compassion, kindness and care throughout his difficult journey. Flowers are gratefully declined.
