Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHERTA HOHN (nee GUNTHER) December 4, 1920 - April 22, 2012 Peacefully on April 22, 2012 Herta Hohn passed away at the Maples Personal Care Home. Left to cherish her memory are her son Harry; grandson Robbie; granddaughter Sheri Irwin; and great-granddaughters Kaylee and Katrina (and one brother Rev. Ed Gunther); as well as several nieces and nephews. Born in Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1928, Herta lived in Winnipeg briefly and then moved to Minitonas, MB where she met her future husband Robert. Thank you to the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home for their care and compassion. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. We love you and may you rest in peace.
