DANIEL DE MELO Peacefully, on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 Daniel passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. He will be missed by his wife Maria De Melo, children Daniel (Vina), Lucy (Lance), Fatima (Joe) and David (Adelia). He will be greatly missed by his 11 grandchildren, and his 15 great-grandchildren. Dad was born in Tercira, Azores, Portugal where he resided for 40 years. Following his immigration to Winnipeg he was employed by the City of Winnipeg as a Meter Repairman until his retirement. The family would like to thank Joe Picanco, sister Lucia Picanco and Etelvina Pereira for all of their care and concern at this difficult time, as well as the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital Fourth Floor U5 Staff. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 9:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will be at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
