We were close neighbors with Anne, Mike and the family. She was my godmother and she never failed to have a big smile, a pleasant laugh and friendly words for others. She gave me a Mother Mary medal that she got at Lourdes and I still have it. I wish I could be there in person to pay tribute. Vichnaya Pam'yat to the family and to a very caring lady. - Posted by: Caroline Hurak (nee Shymkiw) (Godchild & former neighbor ) on: May 15, 2012

I took care of Anne at the Betel Home for the 2 Years I worked there. She truly made coming to work fun. She was funny, entertaining, nice, caring, intuitive..I dunno how many times I got to work on a bad day, and she just KNEW...make me sit on her knee (with about 1/4 of my weight) and me tell HER MY problems..that's why I love my job, you're truly appreciated by residents, and families. Anne gave me tons of perogy tips and was honestly a pleasure to have known. May she Rest In Peace with the love of her life! - Posted by: J Rosky (Friend) on: May 15, 2012

To Jack, Cassie and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. When I saw her picture it brought wonderful memories of the time we were at her houses sitting on a blanket outside and eating sugar donuts. She is now with her sisters and I am sure will be having some good laughs. - Posted by: Lorraine Wasyliw (Niece) on: May 14, 2012

Sadly I did not get to visit with Auntie Annie that often because of the distance but I remember all the times with love and laughter. She was a wonderful, funny lady who will be missed very much. Love to the family. - Posted by: Lisa Ling (Niece) on: May 14, 2012

Anne was a remarkable lady. No matter how upside down her world would get from time to time. But she never showed that to anyone. She always smiled, said hello and loved to talk. Ann you are in a Good Place. Say hi to my dad for me. Steve Shachtay. Tell him we miss him. - Posted by: Rose Marie (Darch) (just a friend) on: May 14, 2012
