A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 1567 William Ave. Longer obituary notice to follow in tomorrow's paper. Fran I've known you my whole life you were such an amazing down to earth person. Always caring & loving towards others. You'll always be in my heart. Ray met Fran's son Dale in Red River Community College in 1982. In 1990 Ray had the luck of meeting Frances Kehler (step niece of Fran) and married her in 1996. Back at Pete & Betty's one time when Fran was visiting, we were looking at her pictures and Ray recognized Dale in one of the pictures. I asked Fran....who is this guy to you and she indicated that's my son Dale. WOW....IT'S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL! Condolences to Fran's family and may she rest in peace.
