DAVID WILLIAM STEWART 1925 - 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David William Stewart on May 29, 2012. A devoted husband of 67 years, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. David is survived by his loving wife Rose, son Bob (Darlene), daughters Sharon (Doug), Linda (Larry), his grandchildren Michael, Stacey, Ryan, Evan, David and Christine, as well as his great-grandchildren Gavin, Quinn, Avery, Marlee and Cruz. Also mourning his loss are his sisters Margaret, Betty (Bill), brother John (Shirley) as well as many nieces and nephews. Dave retired from Air Canada after 31 years of dedicated service. Dave and Rose lived their married life between Winnipeg, Montreal and Vancouver Island. A private family service will be held at a later date. We love you Dave, Dad, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa. You will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to D'arcy's Arc or a charity of your choice. Seasons Funeral Chapel, OakBank, Manitoba, 444-5444.

  • Dear Auntie Rose, Bob and Darlene, Sharon and Doug, Linda and Larry We were all so shocked to hear of Uncle Dave's passing. Time passes so quickly. I remember all the family camping trips, all the family dinners - the closeness we once shared. I am thankful for those memories.
