Mavis has been my friend for a very long time. She use to babysit me when I was a kid, my heart goes out to the family and her little girl I want you to know your mother was awesome. She always made me laugh when I was little, I loved when she would come over because she said I could stay up late.so we could watch Simon and Simon together. One night we drove around Brandon me, her, and her friend Susan and went window peeping or cruising as they called it, one night Mavis got right out walked right up to the window and stared right in, I laughed hysterically. I have so many fun memories I don't know when to stop. She was and is wonderful and loved and will be missed by many. - Posted by: Amber Munro (friend) on: Jun 05, 2012

Our deepest condolences to Jason, Jordan, and all of Mavis' extended family at this very sad time. I (Janice) have known Mavis for 6 years; my daughter was in Mavis' daycare for 5 years and our daughters attend the same school. I am thankful for the care she provided for my daughter and many other children, and am proud to have called her my friend. She will be missed, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. - Posted by: Janice & Scott Armstrong, Rachel Parker (friends) on: Jun 02, 2012
