JOHN AUSTIN BUCHANAN 1926-2012 It is with sadness we announce the passing of John on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Grace Hospital. John was predeceased by his wife Jacqueline, daughter Jan-Lea and son John Bruce. He will be remembered by his sister Joan Sly, his many nieces and nephews as well as close friends, Donald Bowler and Ken Twomey. We would like to thank Doctor Li, the nurses and staff at the Grace Hospital N3 for their thoughtfulness and care shown. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
