Date of Passing: Jun 22, 2012
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDALE IAN CRACKLE July 5, 1969 - June 22, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic, sudden passing of Our Sonny Boy Dale in Hnausa, MB, on Friday, June 22, 2012. Dale will be forever missed and always remembered by his most precious treasures and pride and joy, his beautiful children Shaylynne and Bodan. He also leaves to mourn his partner Sharon and her children Levon and Braydon; mom Victoria; dad John (Sabine); sisters Wanda (Jayson), Tracy (Ernie), Lois; his nieces and nephews Courtney, Karley, Jordan, Emma, Keith, Kayla, Lizzy, Cassidee and great-niece and nephew, Isabella, Liam; avi Herb; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dale was predeceased by his stepfather Raymond Olson in 2007, and grandparents Anna Briem, Ethyl Crackle, Robert Crackle. Dale was born July 5, 1969, in Treherne, MB. He spent the first few years of his life on a farm in Pilot Mound. Around the age of four the family moved to Geysir where they settled until Dale was a teenager. Dale lived in Arborg and the surrounding area most of his adult life until moving to Hnausa where he settled down. Dale had many accomplishments over his life but none more important or more precious to him than his children Bodan and Shaylynne and his partner and best friend Sharon. He took great pride in watching Shaylynne figure skate and Bodan play hockey. He loved to take them camping, quading and snowmobiling. And when he needed to get away from the hustle and bustle he always knew he could just walk over to Mom's lot and talk to her and where he always said it was like a park. Dale worked in construction his entire life. Early on working at Dad's side and for others, learning the trade and gaining experience until taking over Dad's construction company. He later purchased the glass shop in Arborg where he worked until his passing. A private family viewing will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012, followed by a cremation. The funeral service will be held at the Arborg Christian Fellowship Church at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2012. The burial will be held at Geysir Cemetery. With great honour the pallbearers are Steve Checcetto and Shaun Lindal, Dale's two closest friends which he always spoke so very highly of. Refreshments will be held at Arborg Christian Fellowship Church. A big thank you to Pastor Clem and Julie for your support through this tragic time and to Ken from MacKenzie Funeral Home. Thank you to Zann's for catering the lunch, all those who donated food and for the wonderful caring community for all their support. The family would like to thank the Arborg Ambulance, Arborg doctors and hospital staff, and the RCMP. A big thank you especially goes out to the staff and their spouses at the A.E.M.Y. school for your efforts at the scene and your ongoing support. You will be forever in our hearts. Dale was an amazing, caring and loving person. He would do anything for anybody at the drop of a hat. Dale always lived life to the fullest. Your laugh and your smile will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers a trust fund for Shaylynne and Bodan has been set up at the Arborg CIBC. MACKENZIE FUNERAL CHAPEL ARBORG (204) 467-2525 mackhome@mts.net
