Cam loved his dogs Juice and Heidi and spent many hours at the dog park. • Cam had a smile that could light up a room and eyes that were always shining back then. He had a heart of gold - a real prince - I am so sorry for all that he has suffered and hope that he has finally found the peace that has escaped him all these years. My heart goes out to his family - I know you did everything you could to help him - it's a tough road to travel with a loved one. • Well, Cammy.... So many memories, and I would have to say all of them good. From Art stuffing fish to Juice making us pizza pops, Brent and Scott giving you breath from hell. It all stuck with me bro. Its been a few years...but it's all still with me... forever. I wouldn't have played football for the Mustangs, if you and Art hadn't talked me into it...and for that I am grateful. Sorry to hear you left us, We will all miss you, but we will smile when we do, you were that kind of person. Have fun with Misty buddy..... - Posted by: Perry French (growing up awesome friend) on: Jul 23, 2012

  • Cam was just a young kid when I met him at Canada Post. We quickly became kindred workmates. We shared the same crazy sense of humour. He was one of the hardest working men I have ever met. Cam was constantly joking around and was seldom serious. He was a major part of the positive morale at St. Vital Depot. I'll miss you, Cam. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Dennis Kremski (co-worker Canada Post) on: Jul 22, 2012

  • I remember on his early morning mail routes - at times we would pass each other. Unknowingly to him- I always thought I would try my hardest to outdo Cam at his route - for one street. He seemed to disappear and float through the neighbourhood. Waving back at me-smiling. Needless to say Cam was a flying superhero mailman. Much later -I would see him working cutting lawns- thought to myself that this guy has energy beyond super! He was like 3 people rolled into one. He always smiled, had a joke and a story and continued on. I have no doubt Cam is working the afterlife as I type. He was very special and will be sadly, sadly, missed. Peace my friend- with love, Mich. - Posted by: Michelle (Friend) on: Jul 22, 2012
