JEFFREY ALEXANDER EMIL BELAGUS It is with much sadness that I announce the passing of my dear brother, Jeff, on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre after a very short and courageous battle with cancer. Jeff will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his sister Lori, brother-in-law Jim and his nephew and niece, Landon and Carmen whom Jeff loved so very much. Jeff was predeceased by his parents Emil and Vera and his Aunt Steffie. Jeff was born in Winnipeg June 11, 1957 and lived his life in St.Vital. He loved his home and took great enjoyment in maintaining his beautiful yard. Jeff was employed with Canada Revenue Agency. A true professional, Jeff enjoyed his work and helping others. His kind, patient and generous nature along with his intelligence and highly organizational skills are all a true description of Jeff. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and he also received a Bachelor of Commerce - (Honours), Accounting Major both from the University of Manitoba. Jeff was a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Manitoba. A private family service will be held. Those wishing to make a donation in Jeff's memory may do so to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 9Z9. Jeff, you were taken far too soon. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten. With heavy hearts we will treasure our great memories of you always. Till we meet again. We Love You. Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • I just returned to work after being off on vacation the past 10 weeks and just heard of Jeff's passing which shocked me. From time to time I would visit the WTC on work issues from the TSO and always remembered Jeff when he helped me. Always had a smile and always lent a hand when I needed it. Great guy that will be missed. My condolences to his family. - Posted by: Walter Mazepa (Co-worker from Wpg TSO) on: Sep 13, 2012

  • I worked with Jeff some 25 years ago at MTS. He was truly a professional with high degree of integrity and honesty. It was a honour to have known him but unfortunately I had not kept in touch since he left MTS. - Posted by: Ben Luffman () on: Jul 24, 2012
