SCOTT HUBERT RODWAY 1971 - 2012 It is with profound sorrow I announce the death of my son Scott at his home in Thompson, Manitoba at the age of 40 years. Scott was predeceased by his father in 1993. He is lovingly remembered by his mother Edith Rodway and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott was born in Winnipeg and resided in Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver. He worked for many years at Joey's before and during his time at the U of M Brandon where he graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree. He then moved to Thompson, Manitoba where he practiced Nursing in the E.R. of Thompson General Hospital until the time of his death. He formed many friendships with his colleagues during his time there. Scott was an avid fisherman who taught his mother to love fishing in the Northern lakes. Scott enjoyed his time fishing with friends and family. A memorial service will be held at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. A memorial service will also take place at a later date in Thompson, Manitoba.
