Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVELYN FRANCES GARDNER (nee LEWSEY) Peacefully on August 4, 2012, Evelyn passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her parents Sarah Frances and Norman Beresford Lewsey as well as her three brothers and three sisters. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving husband of 36 years Oliver; daughter Faridat Etoroma (Efa); sons Marshall Gardner (Carol) and Lance Gardner (Lise); grandchildren Efa Jr., Daniel, Shireen, Greg, Jeremy, Sam, Drew and Jana as well as numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue with reception to follow. Interment will take place on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.mb.ca 204-885-9715

Evelyn was a wonderful, caring and Christian woman. She was kind to me whenever As a child, I played with Faridat at her house. My prayers go out to Oliver and Faridat and the rest of her family.
