  • Dear Elsie and all the Toothill Clan, Our lives have been enriched by Bill becoming part of our family. He brought laughter and fun to all our family activities. We admired Bill for his positive philosophy of life and his inquisitive nature. Bill was a visionary and a successful businessman. Bill had such spunk for life and we will never forget his soft-shoe dance routine that he performed with Keara for us at his 90th birthday party. We were looking forward to a repeat at his 100th. Our love and prayers are with you Elsie and all the Toothill family. Love - Lottie and John Kelsall - Posted by: Lottie and John Kelsall (Sister to Elsie & Brother in Law) on: Aug 15, 2012

  • Dear Elsie, Sandra, Roosevelt, Keara, Ginny and Bob; We're naturally saddened by Bill's sudden passing, and can only try to imagine what that means for all off you. We liked Bill for everything he was - perhaps his greatest gift, though, was his ability to make us feel that we meant something to him - that we mattered. Our thoughts will be with you on Friday. • I remember Bill (Toots) when I worked at Mckeag Realty over 20 years ago. He was a very funny man and he made it his job to make us laugh. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to you Elsie and the entire Toothill family. - Posted by: Marilyn Funk-Andleton (past coworker at McKeag Realty) on: Aug 12, 2012

  • It is with great sympathy that I send condolences to the Toothill family. I remember "Gramps" well through my best friend, Jacquie Southby (Wall). It was a privilege to have known this formidable man who defied age with his young approach to life. He certainly lived life to the fullest and appeared much younger than his years to the end. I am sad that I never saw him as the graduate of 1935 in May at the Kelvin 100th Anniversary. My thoughts are with all of you at this time. With much love, Jen - Posted by: Jennifer Lafreniere (Smith) (Family friend) on: Aug 12, 2012
