HELEN ZAWISLAK Today, on Saturday, August 18, 2012 a Celebration of Helen's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Pioneer Club 32 Park Avenue, Lac du Bonnet, MB. Interment will follow in the Lac du Bonnet Cemetery. For those who wish viewing will be held prior to her Service.

HELEN ZAWISLAK September 22, 1913 - August 14, 2012 Peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 Helen passed away with family at her side at the age of 98 years. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Margaret Arseniuk and family, Isabella Larson and family, Olga Kowal and family, Irene Freeman and family; son Eddy Zawislak and family; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grand-children. She was predeceased by her husband Michael in 1973. Helen was a straight forward, hard working, feisty lady, but most of all she was a kind, loving person who always had time for her family and friends. She loved her gardening, music and dancing. On Saturday, August 18, 2012 a Celebration of Helen's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Pioneer Club, 32 Park Avenue, Lac du Bonnet, MB. Interment will follow in the Lac du Bonnet Cemetery. For those who wish viewing will be held prior to her Service. We would like to extend our gratitude to the staff on the Crocus Unit and the Rose Unit at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, MB. Your love and kindness towards not only Baba, but towards the whole family will never be forgotten.
