ADAM OSIKA Our Dear Uncle Adam Osika passed away on August 12, 2012 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 90 years old. He survived by his niece Elizabeth (Art) and their family in Winnipeg, sister Zofia and family in Poland and many friends especially Trudy. He was predeceased by his parents and brothers. Adam was born in Poland and lived in Canada the last 60 years. Special thanks to the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital and friends that came to see him, especially Trudy and her family. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Flowers gratefully declined, donations may be made in Adam's memory to a charity of your choice. 204-586-8044
