AGATHA (FEHR) BERGEN October 21, 1919 - August 18, 2012 Agatha (Fehr) Bergen passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Vita Personal Care Home. She was 92 years old. Agatha was the daughter of Jacob and Katherina (Peters) Fehr. She will be sadly missed by her children, Ernest Bergen of Calgary, Mary and John Dueck of Kleefeld, Tiena (Katie) Warkentin of Winnipeg, Jacob and Maryann Bergen of BC and John and Barbara Bergen of Winnipeg, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brothers Bill and Anne Fehr, Isaac Fehr and her sister Anne, all of Ontario. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Bergen in 2000. Mom was a member of Christian Fellowship Church in Steinbach for many years. The family would like to thank the care workers at Vita Personal Care home for the wonderful care they gave our mother and also the home care workers she had while she was still at Fernwood Place. She cared very deeply for all of them. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Fellowship Church, 417 Hanover Street, Steinbach with interment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg. Viewing will take place at the church one hour prior to the service. A devotional will be held on Friday, August 24 at 7:00 p.m. also at the Church. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse Canada, 20 Hopewell Way NE, Calgary, Alberta T3J 5H5 or CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
