Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROLANDE MARIE BERTHE MONDOR A very special life came to an end when Mom bid us farewell and peacefully left us to reunite with Dad after a brief time apart. It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Rolande Mondor, nee Clément on Monday, August 20, 2012, at the age of 81. Predeceased by her beloved husband Emile, she is survived by her sons and daughters Gilles (Leslie), Suzanne, Lorraine, Aline and Louis (Ronel) and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rolande will always be fondly remembered for her love of family and her willingness to help others. Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held on Monday, August 27 at 1:45 p.m. at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholique Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fonds Hôpital Ste. Anne Fund Inc., 52, rue St. Gérard, Ste. Anne, MB R5H IC4. The family wishes to thank the Ste. Anne Hospital staff, the Bethesda Hospital staff and they would also like to express their gratitude to the Health Sciences Centre SICU doctors and nurses for their exceptional care and empathy. Nous n'étions pas prêts, mais, Dieu avait besoin d'un ange et notre maman est partie tout doucement. Avec sa famille à ses côtés, Rolande Mondor, née Clément est décédée le 20 ao t 2012, à l'âge de 81 ans, épouse défunt Emile Mondor, mère de Gilles (Leslie), Suzanne, Lorraine, Aline, et Louis (Ronel), grand-mère de Mélanie (Carlos), Justin, Renée, Michelle (Brent), Kayla, Madison et Fisher, ainsi qu'arrière- grand-mère d' Adam, Summer et Raphael. Nous nous souviendrons toujours de Rolande et de son grand amour pour sa famille, prête à les accueillir à tout temps. La famille désire remercier le personnel de l'hôpital Ste. Anne, l'hôpital Bethesda, et particulière ceux de l'hôpital Health Sciences Centre. Les funérailles auront lieu lundi le 27 ao t à 13h45 à l'Eglise Catholique de Ste. Anne. Des dons au fond de l'hôpital Ste. Anne seraient appréciés au lieu de fleurs (Fonds Hôpital Ste. Anne Fund Inc., 52 rue St. Gérard, Ste. Anne, MB R5H 1C4. My deepest sympathies for the loss of your mom. I had the chance to see her this summer and last Christmas in Montreal. She was lost without her husband and now is in a better place near him.
