Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCAROLINE ANTONIW Caroline Antoniw of Benito, MB, formerly of Rossburn, MB, passed away at the Swan Valley Health Centre on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at the age of 87 years. Caroline is survived by her children Cathy (Wayne) Muir of Benito, MB, Pat (Garth) Cuddy of Sanford, MB, and Johann Antoniw of Edmonton, AB. The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rossburn, with interment following in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be said from the church Sunday evening at 8:30 p.m. Fr. Mykhaylo Khomitskyy officiating. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Alexander Cuddy Memorial Scholarship Fund, PO Box 214, Sanford, MB R0G 2J0 or Covenant House, 20 Gerrard St. E. Toronto, ON. M5B 2P3. Cathy Pat & Johann I will always remember how your mom would have your teachers over for a Ukrainian Christmas Dinner and in detail explain the traditional food while serving the meal. I was so fortunate to be part of this evening on more than one occasion. Caroline was my mother's cousin. (My mother was Margaret Shewchuk-John and Mary's only daughter). I remember as a child when I travelled with my parents -Peter and Margaret Hnatuk - to visit my granparents John and Mary in Binscarth we often stopped in Rossburn to visit the Antoniw's and Caroline was always so hospitable and so happy that we stopped to visit.
