CORINNE MIRIAM HUYGHE (nee HARTWIG) We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Corinne Huyghe. She left us peacefully on Friday August 24 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 85. Corinne will be lovingly remembered by Andrew, her husband of 52 years; her children Robert (Janis) and Maureen (Brian); granddaughters Samantha, Kelsey and Haley; her brother Robert (Enid), as well as other family and friends. Corinne was a dedicated wife and mother who cherished her family and loved being part of their lives. She was especially proud of her three beautiful granddaughters and took every available opportunity to dote on them. She always looked forward to hosting Sunday dinners because that gave her a chance to catch up with everyone. Corinne also enjoyed travelling and spending time with friends. Whether it was a trip to Europe or wintering in Arizona, she approached it with excitement and enthusiasm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 315 Munroe Avenue. Reception will follow at the parish hall. After the reception, interment will take place at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main Street. The family would like thank the staff at the Riverview Health Centre for their kindness and care.
