A wonderful lady who worked so hard while owner of the Timmins Hotel. She adored her Emil. Rest in peace, Mrs. Stefan. I just found your obituary today January 25th, 2014, and have been trying for a long time to find out what was going on. Now we know, and we are saddened but happy that she is in a better place. - Posted by: Lorraine LaBarre-Marston (great friend of my parents in Timmins, Ontario (Paul and Annette LaBarre)) on: Jan 25, 2014

Aunt Helen was a beautiful soul. She was so playful with her great-nephews and -nieces. If they were being a bit mischievous, Aunt Helen would join them, not scold them! After Ernie's mom passed, Aunt Helen became another Grandma to our children. I love you Aunt Helen. Be at peace, in the arms of our Lord. We will miss you, but you will live in our hearts forever. - Posted by: Kathie Gerber () on: Sep 09, 2012
