Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD CHARLES WHEELER August 2, 1925 - September 9, 2012 Len died peacefully at the age of 87 years at Betel Home in Selkirk. He is survived by his daughter Paula, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. He was born in London, England and served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War and saw action in Singapore. He brought his family to Canada in May 1957 and worked as an autobody mechanic and painter in Carman, Miami and Winnipeg. Later he settled in Stony Mountain, Stonewall and finally in Selkirk.
