Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECILE MARIE PESCITELLI On September 14, 2012, with her family at her side, Cecile peacefully passed away at the age of 81 at Concordia Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry in 1999. Cecile will be greatly missed by her son, Joe and daughter, Kim (Ed) along with her grandchildren, Nicole (Brian) and Ryan (Stephanie) who were her pride and joy. Her wit, sarcasm and bold comments will be greatly missed and remembered by us. Cecile was born into a family of 14 children and leaves four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Mom loved going to garage sales and craft sales. Mom also loved to knit and was an avid knitter for the Red Cross for many years. A Service of Remembrance will take place at Green Acres Funeral Home, Highway 1East at Navin Road on Wednesday September 19, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. A very special thank you to the staff of N3 East at Concordia Hospital for their amazing care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Red Cross House, 1111 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0S8. Kim, I have very found memories of both your Mom and Dad as we were growing up so many years ago. I can not tell you just how fortunate I was to have been able to reconnect with your Mom the past few years while attending and enjoying wedding events for both Ryan and Nicole. I was also very pleased to experience first hand that your Mom's shining personality had not changed one bit. I know that all of you will miss her terribly! I also know that her love for her family and life itself will carry on. I am so sorry that I was not able to be there for you as I have just returned home from a trip but can't thank Nicole enough for leaving me a phone message.
