Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAILEY MARIE PELLETIER July 18, 2012 - September 14, 2012 It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden, but peaceful, passing of our daughter Hailey Marie at the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Randy Johnson, great-grandparents Frances Stone, Real Dupuis, Patrick and Gemma Pelletier, John and Alice Johnson. Hailey leaves to mourn her memory her loving parents Jessica and Steve Pelletier, her grandparents Cisca Johnson, France Dupuis and Richard Sirois, Georges and Suzanne Pelletier, aunt Kirsten Johnson, uncles Karl Pelletier, Maxim and Cedric Ducap, great-grandparents Dr. J. C. Stone, and Gisele Dupuis, and other relatives and friends. Hailey never got to go home but the time she spent with her parents and friends from the NICU left an impression on all, from her favourite times being held by mom and dad to her times of frustration when she had to be changed or bathed. We are so thankful to have experienced Hailey's loveable personality. Although her time on earth with us was brief, Hailey touched many lives and was deeply loved by family and friends. She was truly a gift from God. Our Hailey was such a little fighter. We were greatly honoured to have had Hailey baptized by Father Paul J. Tinguely, our precious daughter now watches over all of us from her new home in heaven. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the NICU for their tender and compassionate care. To Nathan Wiseman and his surgical team. Also a special thank you to Dr. Greg Reid and Marie Hadfield from Fetal Assessment. To both Dr. Connor and Dr. Vivian Lee and all others present in her care. A celebration of Hailey's life will take place on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Parish, 320 St. Charles Street, Winnipeg, MB with Father Paul J. Tinguely officiating. Viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. A private interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Kirsten Johnson, Karl Pelletier, Maxime and Cedric Ducap. In lieu of flowers, donations in Hailey's memory can be made to St. Charles Parish, Children's Hospital Foundation, CE 501-840 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3A 1S1 and Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation (NILMDTS). Steve and Jessica, Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, Just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer. Our sincere condolences. Guy, Laurie and Mathew xo Her Journey's Just Begun Don't think of her as gone away - Her journey has just begun Life holds many facets The Earth is only one Just think of her as resting From the sorrows and the tears In a place of warmth and comfort Where there are no days and years Think how she must be wishing That we could know today How nothing but our sadness can really pass away And think of her as living In the hearts of those she touched For nothing loved is ever lost- And she was loved so much. ~ Ellen Brenneman - Posted by: Laurie, Guy and Mathew (Uncle, Aunt and cousin) on: Sep 18, 2012
