IRENE ST. VINCENT (née SARRASIN) Mai 3, 1928 - Octobre 1, 2012 C'est avec immense regret que nous annnçons le décès de notre chère épouse, Maman, Mémère et arrière-grand-mère à l'âge de 84 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux Edouard de 61 ans et ses enfants Jacques (Kathy), Laurette (Doug), Pauline, Agnès (Gil), Georges (Bev), Doris (Germain) et Lorraine (David), treize petits-enfants, Kevin, Danette, Michael, Eric, Dylan, Jennifer, Angèle, Shea, Celeste, Danielle, Réjean, Bréanne, Sean et sept arrière-petits-enfants. Elle laisse aussi plusieurs frères, soeurs, autres membres de famille et ami(e)s. Elle est précédée dans la mort par ses parents Ovide et Marie-Flore Sarrasin et ses frères Ambroise, Fernand, Arcade, Ovila et Léon. Irène fut une femme affable, dévouée, pieuse, courageuse, souriante et accueillante. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Irène on October 1, 2012 at the age of 84. Irène was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband Edouard, her children Jacques (Kathy), Laurette (Doug), Pauline, Agnès (Gil), Georges (Bev), Doris (Germain) et Lorraine (David), 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She came from a very large family and will be missed by all. She was predeceased by her parents and five brothers. The family would like to thank Soeur Rioux and Soeur Forest for their spiritual support and prayers. Also, the doctors and staff at Ste Anne Hospital, Bethesda Hospital and Health Sciences Centre for all their care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ste Anne Roman Catholic Church with viewing and prayers held at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
