Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJ.J. VAN GINKEL October 24, 1989 October 2, 2012 J.J.'s Story J.J. came to stay with us for just a little while. He had great strength and honesty, And the brightest beautiful smile. He loved life, while he was here, and loved people just the same. Rich or poor, schooled or not, If invited J.J. came. He seemed to understand things that no one else could see. With this great wisdom that he had, He knew he soon would leave. Please don't cry for him, be happy, cause his dreams have all come true. He played the game he dreamed about, Of course he won it too! As an Eagle he was always proud, and flew so very high. And he was always happy, With his team mates by his side. But once the games were over, J.J. lost his strength to fly. His thoughts were muddled, the pain was great, He knew he would soon die. He said Please don't cry for me, instead just celebrate. Cause I've done all I want to do, I never took a break. When J.J. went to sleep that night, the angels came to wake, J.J. from his nightmares. He is in a better place. I have known JJ for many years as a teammate and friend. Thinking back to the memories I have of JJ makes me think of how much he will be missed. Mine as well as my families deepest sympathies go out to his mother and the rest of his family and friends. Dear Heather My deepest sympathies to you on your horrible loss of your wonderful son JJ. I watched him grow up into a fine young man. I will always remember his Birthday Party with the Reptile man. He was so lucky to have you as his Mother. JJ touched my heart deeply though he was only here for a short time. I will always smile when I think of something he did or said.
