FREDERICK WALTER FEDOROWICH It is with great sadness, after a brief illness with cancer, my dear son Frederick passed away surrounded by his mother, cousin, and aunties on October 12, 2012. Remaining to cherish his memory is his son Christian (Boo), his godparents Lloyd Antonation, Ruth Jones, many uncles and aunties, and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his father Ed, his Baba, and Gigi Antonation, Baba Taras, seven uncles, and four aunts. Many thanks to the staff at GH 7 and 4 at Health Sciences Centre and the palliative care for their kindness and lovely care. Special thanks to my sister Helen and her family for their great support, wisdom and kindness. Softly in the evening you heard a gentle call, you took the hand God offered you and quietly left us all. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. God knew you were in pain and never get well again. He saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb. He closed your weary eyelids and whispered peace be thine. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone, for parts of me and Boo went with you, the day God called you home. The pain is over. A private family service will take place on October 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Cremation has taken place. Flowers are greatly declined, and a donation may be made to a charity of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

  • I am deeply saddened by the passing of my cousin Fred...Fred and I were very close growing up together when we were younger and we had tons of fun and always got into mischief. I will never forget those times. Fred you were always in my heart and thoughts, even though life, family and committments got in the way. I will miss you terribly. During the last few months I had constant email contact with Fred and looked forward to catching up and 'talking' to him everyday...he was a wonderful man and father. You are now with you maker Fred and in no more pain...say hi to Baba and your Dad...I miss them sooooo much too..Love always, your cousin Cathy xoxo - Posted by: Cathy Hildebrand (Cousin) on: Oct 17, 2012

  • I will always cherish the long talks Freddie and I had together. I will always remember him for the gentleman that he was. He had a good kind heart and a gentleness that was so unique. Heaven rejoices because he has arrived there and is at peace and in no pain anymore. - Posted by: Ruth Antonation Jones (Auntie and Godmother) on: Oct 17, 2012
