PAUL SHALIST On October 15, 2012, Paul Shalist, beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully, at the age of 86 years, surrounded by his family. He will be dearly missed by his son Wayne, daughters Linda (Neill), Sharon (Peter) and daughter-in-law Wendy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Dad was predeceased by his wife Jeannie, parents William and Antonia, and siblings Michael, Peter, Harry, Nell and Mildred. Dad was employed for many years at Labatt's Brewery. During his retirement he spent many happy years with his family. He was a loving, kind, loyal, generous individual who loved to joke and be surrounded by loved ones. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, October 22 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 35 Marcie Street with Rev. Fr. Mark Gnutel officiating. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. We would like to thank Deer Lodge Hospital for the compassionate care they provided Dad during his entire stay on Lodge 4 East. Flowers gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society. 204-586-8044
