GARY SPEED 1937 - 2012 Peacefully on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at St. Boniface Hospital, Gary Speed passed away at the age of 79. Gary was predeceased by his parents George and Margaret Speed and his dear wife Glynis. He is survived by his brother Frank (Barbara), nephew Mark and niece Laurie, all of Toronto. Gary joined CN Rail in 1953 as a switch foreman and retired with Via Rail. Gary's passion was golfing with his friends at Oakwood Golf Club. Gary will be dearly missed by his best friend Henry Hank Gosselin. Rest in Peace, Gary Interment will take place Monday, October 22, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main Street. Family and friends may meet at Glen Eden Funeral Home at 12:45 p.m. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111

  • Last saw Gary when we were both visiting our Aunt Barbara at Eriksdale, Manitoba. I don't think he had even started school yet.
