Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN HENRY MASLANKA It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of John on October 25, 2012 at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 89 years, with his family by his side. He died as he lived with dignity and courage. John leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 60 years, Josephine, and his loving family: son Chris and his wife Leslie; grandchildren, Matthew, Tony, Kathryn and Karolyn. He also leaves to mourn his siblings Michael and Mary. He was predeceased by his brothers Ignacz and Kaz. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 31 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in John's memory to the Canadian Red Cross. 204-586-8044
