Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBORDEN KENNETH YEWCHYN Born September 28, 1942 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Borden passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at St. Boniface Hospital after a long struggle with cancer. Borden leaves behind his beloved wife, Lynda; mother, Sophie; brothers, Robert and Brian; sister Debbie; as well as his children, sons Borden Jr., Darren, and Kevin; daughter Dana as well as nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was predeceased by his father Walter and his sister Carol. Borden was a loving husband and father, who will be deeply missed by all. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

We are so sorry to hear of Borden's passing. Our hearts go out to Lynda and Family. Borden was a wonderful and kind man and Dennis and I will miss his smiling face and many hand waves from his balcony. So sorry for your loss Linda, Darren, Buddy, Brock and Suelynne. Borden was a wonderful guy. I will miss his phone call in the spring with his friendly "Top of the Morning Karen".
