Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARILYN YVONNE NANTEL October 24, 1938 - October 31, 2012 It is with great sadness I announce the passing and loss of my mother Marilyn Nantel. Her life was cut short in the early morning of October 31, 2012 at the age of 74 years. Mom fought a valiant battle against lung cancer she could not defeat. Her life long strength of overcoming illness is an inspiration to love life. Marilyn's dignity and fortitude throughout this chaos is a testament to those who may say the weak cannot endure. Mom's compassion for the human condition is easily remembered by those who knew her. In the best and worst of times, Marilyn was my light and smile. The love for her begins with birth, our friendship and all the beauty in between. My hero and best friend, she wrapped all of her kindness in a tiny package. Your son is eternally grateful for being my co pilot as I was yours. Special thanks to all the caring staff at the Grace Hospice for their kindness and warmth during my mother's last days.
