Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTANLEY MASKIEW We, the family, would like to announce the passing of Stanley Maskiew on November 14, 2012 at the age of 93. Stanley was born to William and Mary Maskiew at Rossburn, MB on June 15, 1919. He met the love of his life Anna Wiebe and married her August 18, 1951. Together they enjoyed many vacations to western Canada, Alaska, Detroit and Hamilton. On weekends you could find them at their cabin in Gull Lake enjoying the outdoors and gardening. Stan was a skilled carpenter who could craft anything from dining room and bedroom furniture to constructing homes. In 1988 life stood still for Stanley when his soul mate was taken from him by cancer. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters Lee and Gwen, brother Bill, numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing one hour prior. Interment to follow service at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. 204-586-8044
