DENIS (RENE) SCHAUBROECK November 11, 1928 - November 15, 2012 On Thursday, November 15, 2012, Denis Schaubroeck peacefully passed away with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his parents Archie and Thérèse; his two brothers Armand and Maurice; and his son-in-law Gary. Left to forever cherish Denis's memory are his wife Lorraine (nee Rousseau) of 60 years of marriage; his six children Denise, Marcel (Marie), Alain (Ruby), Robert (Jo-anne), Yvette (Tom), and Ronald (Judi); grandchildren Tony, Erin, Chantal, Chris, Jenna, Steven, Keely, Krysta, Amy, Evan, and Natasha; great-grandchildren Eric and Joseph; siblings Gilles, Florence, Rachel, Eveline, Normand, Gertrude, Julliette, and Camile; along with other family and friends. A special thanks to all the staff at Health Sciences Centre who helped Dad and comforted us during this difficult time. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 22, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. at Saint Eugène Parish, 1007 St. Mary's Rd. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment of his cremated remains will follow in the LaSalle Parish Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.
