Our deepest sympathies Leanne and family for the grief you are experiencing. The greatest gift a mother can give is that she will "be there". The chain is broken only for a while. God bless you. - Posted by: Erma (friend at CT) on: Nov 28, 2012

My condolences to Mrs. Reinheimer's family and friends. I met her as a teenager and enjoyed so many times with her over the years. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, and had a terrific sense of humor. She was a superb hostess and always made everyone feel at home. She handled the difficult times in her life with dignity, grace and faith. Rest now and know you are loved and admired. - Posted by: Alexa (Hnatuk) LeStrat (friend) on: Nov 22, 2012

I recently visited with Louise while in Winnipeg in early October after a long absence. I was reminded instantly of her warm ways, her hearty laugh and constant foot tapping as she sat in her living room chair. Memories of many meals and good times growing up in Thompson and then later in Winnipeg. You raised a good and loving family to be proud of. Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Don Fenske (Family Friend) on: Nov 21, 2012

Gordon and I wish to send condolences to Mrs. Reinheimer's family. We especially appreciated both Louise and her husband when they were superintendents of Manitoba and we were young pastors in Winnipeg. They were always so kind and gracious. My mom Mildred Berry also wishes to send condolences. She knew Louise since she attended Bible School in Winnipeg. They became friends and bonded as mom shared the name Louise as her second name and both lost their first born sons. A special condolence to Leanne. Gordon and I always appreciated you Leanne. Asking The Lord to give you peace at this time. Remembering you in Christ Gordon and Joy Franklin (Edmonton) - Posted by: Gordon and Joy Franklin (Friends) on: Nov 21, 2012

It was bitter sweet to see Mrs. Reinheimer's obit today ... but she is now with the Lord - which is far far better ... the Reinheimers' were such a warm and kind couple. I remember their hospitality to one and all when they pastored the church in Thompson ... they gave me a wonderful sense of how a church family should feel ... heaven will have a grand reunion one day ... - Posted by: Saija (attended church the Thompson church) on: Nov 20, 2012

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of my Aunt Louise. I have so many fond memories of her as well as of my Uncle Walter. My first memories are of the times I spent with them as a young child – especially the time I fell in the puddle when Uncle Walter was washing his car and Aunt Louise had to dry my clothes. There were so many enjoyable dinners at their place and Aunt Louise would put out the “good” dishes and the 2 Leanne’s would replace them with the everyday ones. After I moved to BC I always made a point to visit for a few hours but as time has gone on I didn’t see her as much – the last time was in May when I was in Winnipeg to see my mother, Eleanor. - Posted by: Sheryl Zemek (Niece) on: Nov 20, 2012

Mrs. R - You are home at last, no more pain but I knew you were an excellent Monopoly player. When I would play a short word as "man" to move on with the game, you would find a word as "manipulate" just to get more points. She knew words that I didn't know existed. So the monopoly queen has arrived. Watch out! - Posted by: Claudia Peters (Mother of her son-in-law (Learie)) on: Nov 20, 2012
