  • I enjoyed the slow pitch ball games and playing golf with Crow at the Base. When Crow was around everyone was laughing, telling stories, kidding around, playing jokes on each other and of course, telling outrageous lies about each other. But all the stories about brother Bill and Crow are true! - Posted by: Murray Randall (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2012

  • I used to love to watch Crow on the first tee at the CFB Country Club. Once he set his ball on the tee everyone would look over to his extreme left to watch the people sitting on the deck having their libations. Crow was about to play only a shot that few golfers can make. It starts just right of the tree on his left side, then after passing the tree it takes a massive fade left heading for the people sittng on the deck. The funny thing is that I've never heard Crow ever yell "Fore" when he did this shot. But there sure was a lot of WOWS from the guys at the tee box. We'll miss you Crow. - Posted by: Gary Lacey (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2012

  • Played ball with Crow for 20 years and he was one hell of a good second baseman, just ask him. Coach Bill tried trading him a few times but he wouldn't go. I loved his character and always enjoyed the time spent. - Posted by: Ralph Kendall (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2012
